Cost $40 for the 4 class session
As we feel the sun strengthening the earth in this spring cycle and begin our annual clearing, it's also a great time to refresh our inner spiritual practices with new purpose. This group is for anyone who would like to infuse their daily meditations with extra energy, as well as for those who are new to the process. Come and bring your questions and challenges. The mind has so many layers, and where is the heart? We will focus on the four primary human values for each of the four weeks: Sathya (Truth), Dharma (Right Action), Shanthi (Peace) and Prema (Love) and meditate in a quiet group for spiritual strength and equanimity (mental calmness, composure, and evenness of temper!) in our rapidly changing world.
