Luckily we have many healing techniques and activities that help us enjoy the good moments in life and support us through the challenging ones. Radiant Yoga is dedicated to helping you discover those simple tools that help you feel inspired and joyful about your life. We are fortunate to partner with knowledgeable practitioners who are also dedicated to your well-being. Hiking, meditation, music, aromatherapy and energy healing are just some of our offerings. World Peace Meditation
Our next meditation will be held on January 21st at 10am at 10 Summit St in East Hampton. Eileen Higgins will hold space for us as we turn our attention to peace and healing for the world community. Meditations are held on the new moon of each month with donations going to local charities. Donations from this month meditation will go to http://warmthechildren.org/
Special event for our Jan. 21st meditation! After our World Peace Meditation Vinod Singh will offer a Kirtan & Music Meditation beginning at 11am. All are welcome!
Shamanic Drum Journey Circle
Friday, January 19th 7-9pm at 10 Summit St.
Come for an evening to journey together, meet your spirit guides and learn from a circle of like-minded friends. If you have never experienced a shamanic journey or are experienced in journeying to a shamanic drum beat, you will have an unforgettable time and make some new friends. The circle will be facilitated by Tim Treebeard, who has a variety of life experiences and is trained as a Shaman by Michael Harner's Foundation for Shamanic Studies. Please bring drums, rattles, pen and paper, a yoga mat, blanket and something to cover your eyes while journeying. Drums and rattles are not mandatory. Requesting an offering of $5 to the space and a non-perishable item for the East Hampton Food Bank.
Yoga & Essential Oils for Your Loving Heart
Thursday, February 8th 7:30-9:00pm with Erin Day
Join Erin Day for a heart-centered Yoga practice coupled with essential oils for an experience that is heart healthy in every way. We will discuss what Yoga postures support physical and emotional heart health. Essential oils that promote compassion for ourselves will be diffused in the room and we'll apply essential oils (with a base oil) to heart related pressure points on our bodies. This evening is an opportunity for self-love. When we are able to offer ourselves this kind of care we are increasing our own energy and emotional stability. When we take care of ourselves we have more to offer our loved ones. You deserve this time to love yourself up!

Riverquest Eagle Cruise!
Yoga outing on the CT River on April 7th, 2018 5:30pm! This is a great opportunity for us to enjoy nature and one another's company! The evening will include a potluck dinner and guided tour of the CT River with Eagle watching and maybe a spontaneous Eagle pose of our own. Please share the date and invite friends, the more of us on the cruise the less it is for all. Right now the full price is $45 per person, I'm asking $30 by March 1st to reserve your spot and hopefully by then we'll have more than enough for the price to come down for all. AN OVERVIEW OF HERBAL MEDICINE
Sunday, February 18th 11:15am with Herbalist Kat Conte
Join us as we gather on a Sunday morning for an overview of herbal medicine. We will go over extraction methods and various menstrums (solvants) for making herbal medicine. This is a good class to take prior to an infusion or tincture class. Fresh hot herbal tea and a treat will be available. Bring a cup or mug.

Gong Journey with Ed Cleveland
Friday, January 12th and February 9th at 10 Summit St. East Hampton
Cost $25 per person, only $20 if you prepay (recommended as this workshop fills quickly)
Treat yourself to a powerful Gong Journey with Professionally Trained Master Sound Healer Ed Cleveland with his hand-hammered Nepalese gong. This gorgeous gong was forged using the remnants of about 200 singing bowls for sound and energy healing unlike any other.
Bring a Yoga mat, blanket, pillows water bottles, eye cover, zero gravity chair, etc. What ever makes you comfortable.
Ed Cleveland is a multi-talented healer. He has been involved in Sound Therapy for several years, with group and private sound healing sessions in many areas of Connecticut. He utilizes the Gongs, Gemstone Singing bowls, Monochords, and other sacred instruments in this field.
Writing as Meditation

Through writing we develop our focus, flow, intuition and our ability to let go! During this evening together we'll have the opportunity to explore different writing practices, such as written "mantra", calligraphy and writing prompts. No experience necessary, all are welcome! All writing supplies will be provided.

Cacao & Cocoa Butter Bliss!
Saturday, February 3rd 11:30am-2:00pm with Erin Day
Experience the goodness from the Cacao Tree in two forms! Cacao is the purest form of chocolate, high in magnesium, iron and antioxidants as well as mood enhancing anandamide. We'll make a tea from the cacao and connect with the plant healer. Cocoa butter also comes from the cacao bean. The cocoa butter we will use externally to soothe dry winter skin. We'll make an easy lotion bar with cocoa butter and essential oils, you'll go home with your own lotion bar. Cacao goodness inside and out!

Join us for a morning of bringing brightness into winter through creativity and a gathering of friends. Mandalas are circular patterns found in nature and used in many cultures for mediation and focus. We'll learn about their use and have the opportunity to color a mandala or create your own! All materials provided. Asking $10 at the door but pay as you can, all are welcome.
